Privacy
This page describes the personal information handling evidenced by the current public website and its related email and copyright processes.
Authority and freshness
Current release evidence
Accountable content owner: SYS-001 Institutional Web
Review status: Current legal-page behavior reviewed
Reviewed:
These pages describe the current website and institutional handling rules. They are not a claim of independent legal review, legal advice, or regulatory approval.
Website collection
Public static documents, without application intake.
The current static website does not provide an application form or public account and does not collect or submit visitor messages.
The current website does not use application cookies or local browser storage for accounts, preferences, personalization, or consent.
When you request a page, hosting and network providers necessarily process request data such as IP address, requested path, timestamp, browser or user-agent information, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. The website has no application database and does not use this request data to build visitor profiles.
Analytics and tracking
No current measurement client.
The current release does not run analytics, advertising, session replay, or an identity-association client. This describes the current release boundary, not a permanent institutional prohibition.
Information you send
Email and copyright records
If you choose to email Bounded Intelligence, the company may receive the address, message, attachments, and other information you provide. That information is used to review and respond to the enquiry, keep necessary business records, and protect legal or security interests.
Copyright notices and counter-notices may contain names, signatures, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, descriptions of works, and sworn statements. They are used to evaluate the request, communicate with affected parties and service providers, preserve a legal record, and respond to claims. A notice or counter-notice may be forwarded to the person who posted or identified the material and to legal or technical advisers where reasonably necessary.
Use and disclosure
Purposes and recipients
Information may be handled by Bounded Intelligence personnel and by providers supporting website delivery, email, security, and legal review. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Current retention limits
When Bounded Intelligence controls retention, routine server-security logs are kept for no more than 30 days unless an incident requires longer preservation; general enquiry email is kept for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction; and copyright notices, counter-notices, and related records are kept for up to seven years after the matter closes. Information may be kept longer when law, litigation hold, fraud prevention, or an unresolved dispute requires it. Infrastructure and mail providers may apply their own documented retention periods.
Your choices
Privacy requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask whether Bounded Intelligence holds personal information about you and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Some information may be retained or withheld where law, privilege, security, or another person's rights require it.
Send a privacy request toenquiries@boundedintelligence.org. Include enough information to identify the relevant interaction; do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
External actions
External destinations and user-initiated email
External destinations are operated by their respective publishers. When you follow one, your browser leaves this website and the destination’s own practices apply.
Email is user-initiated: choosing the enquiries address opens the visitor's email application. After that handoff, the visitor's email application and participating mail services—not this website—handle the message under their own practices. The website does not receive, route, acknowledge, store, or promise a response to the message.
